Since the new Beauty Culture opened 12 years ago our family has grown and we have won several awards. Between us we have several years of experience in the beauty therapy industry.

Caroline Owner The owner, proprietor and managing director of Beauty Culture, Caroline has 25 years experience in the beauty industry. She loves all aspects of beauty therapy but her passion lies with skincare. Under Caroline's ownership the business has grown to become a Guinot "Crown" salon and a Dermalogica "Key Circle" gold account. This is a testament to Caroline's hard work and dedication to both her staff as-well as her clients. Her wealth of knowledge makes her invaluable both to clients and her staff. Leanne Therapist Leanne has 28 years experience in the field of beauty therapy and has worked with us at Beauty Culture for 18 years. Qualified in Guinot, Dermalogica and HD Brows, Leanne has a range of talents for our clients to avail of, from waxing to electrolysis. Leanne's experience provides our team with a wealth of knowledge. As a Dermalogica expert, Leanne couldn't be without the Ultracalming range which has been invaluable for her sensitive skin. Kelly Therapist (Currently off on personal leave) Kelly is another of our senior therapists and has been with Beauty Culture for over 24 years. She is a Dermalogica expert, a fully qualified Guinot therapist and lash technician. Kelly is very experienced in our LPG Alliance Endermologie and advanced waxing. Tori Trainee Tori is our newest member of the beauty culture team. She is currently a trainee while she is studying towards her NVQ level 2 in beauty therapy at Belfast met. We love encouraging the next generation of beauty therapists to grow and can’t wait to support her journey in our industry. Nicole Senior Therapist Nicole joined our team in 2017 and is qualified to NVQ level 4. Regional winner for Guinot therapists of 2018. Nicole is talented and competent in all treatment areas. Nicole is also Dermalogica 'expert' and loves sharing her skincare knowledge with her clients. Specialist treatments Shellac, Dermalogica and Guinot facials, Henna brows, LPG endermologie. Jessica Senior Therapist Jessica has been part of the Beauty Culture team since 2017 and completed her NVQ level two and three in 2019. Winning the prestigious ‘learner of the year for beauty’ award from Belfast MET college. She works full time as a fully qualified beauty therapist, fully trained Guinot therapist and Dermalogica 'expert'. Jessica is also our sugaring therapist! Caitlin Therapist Caitlin is one of our full time beauty therapists. She is fully qualified NVQ level two and three, with several years experience in the industry. She is also trained in Guinot and is a Dermalogica 'Expert' skincare therapist. Specialist treatments Brows, lash extensions, lash lift, microneedling, waxing and massage. Favourite treatments Back, neck, and shoulder massage, micro-needling, microdermabrasion and lash extensions. Favourite products Dermalogica pre cleanse, the daily microfoliant, and skin smoothing cream.

Amy Therapist Amy is another full time therapist who is fully qualified in NVQ level two and three. She is also trained in Guinot and is a Dermalogica 'Expert' skincare therapist. She was also awarded silver in the SERC intercampus competition Beauty therapist of the year in 2024. Specialist treatments Guinot facials, LPG endermologie, lash lift and brow lamination. Favourite treatments Hydraderm cellular energy and sugaring. Favourite products Lait hydra beaute cleanser and toner and Creme hydra beaute moisturiser.
Suzanne Reception Suzanne worked at Beauty Culture as a beauty therapist for 17 years and throughout that time also helped to manage the salon. She is now back doing 2 mornings a week on reception, so you will see her in the salon on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She is enjoying catching up with past clients. With her past experience & knowledge, she can advise on treatments and products if you need some help in deciding which treatment to book in for or products to try. Favourite treatments Suzanne's favourite treatments are the Guinot Age Summum facial and the Dermalogica Pro Microneedling.
